Marvel's Cloak & Dagger is yet another small part of Marvel Comics that has been auspiciously brought to life, not just because of the protagonists' personal struggles and superpowers, but also because of socially knowledgable undertones that aren't featured much in the rest of the Marvel Cinematics Universe.

I firmly believe that a story can either shine or collapse on the integrity and empathic quality of the antagonist's backstory. "The Lost Fable" succeeds in this field by presenting a rounded perspective on Salem's downward spiral from a freedom-loving young woman to an immortal entity with a pure desire for destruction.

Timeless is a doozy of a show, zipping you along with the Time Team through two entertaining seasons of time-traveling missions.

A snowy forest fades into view. The animation is the best I've seen in a while, beautiful and crisp. The opening titles introduce you to RWBY by Rooster Teeth. And then, just like you're hoping for, it cuts up to the mountain slope where Team RWBY, Jaune Arc, Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, Qrow Branwen, and Oscar Pine are battling the Creatures of Grimm atop a train that's about to speed into a tunnel.

So many things click together in RWBY: Volume 5, starting with the broad range of storylines and ending with the characters' interpersonal relationships, that it regains some of the energy that was missing from Volume 4.

At this point in the Rooster Teeth web series RWBY: Volume 3 is the most intense volume, still exuding the same humor and sincerity with which we've become familiar but also stringing more darkness through the storyline until it builds up to the heartbreaking climax.
